You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Client Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (Monthly or Annual). No further charges will be applied after the cancellation.
Since we offer a **Free Forever Plan** that allows you to test all features of the platform before upgrading, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid subscription has been activated. We encourage all users to utilize the free tier to ensure the product meets their needs before making a purchase.
The one-time WhatsApp API activation fee (₹1,999) is **non-refundable**. This fee covers the manual verification, number setup, and Meta approval process which involves administrative costs that cannot be reversed once started.
In rare cases of technical failure where the platform is completely inaccessible for more than 7 consecutive days, we may issue a pro-rata refund at our sole discretion. Please contact info@dizitalsquare.com with your account details to raise a request.
In case of duplicate payments for the same subscription, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after verification.
Credits earned through the Refer & Earn program are in-platform wallet credits only. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and carry no cash value. They cannot be converted to cash or withdrawn to a bank account under any circumstances. Wallet credits can only be used to offset future plan recharges within the Diza AI platform.
In the event of account termination (by you or by Diza AI due to policy violations), any remaining wallet balance — whether from referral earnings or direct top-ups — will be forfeited without compensation.
