User Data Deletion Instructions

Diza AI is a multi-channel AI customer engagement platform that connects with Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional accounts, and WhatsApp Business accounts to provide automated conversational replies and inbox management.

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy laws, users have the right to request the complete deletion of their account data, access tokens, and all Meta platform-derived data at any time.

1. Immediate Self-Service Disconnect

You can revoke access and remove platform connections immediately without contacting support:

1. Log in to your Diza AI workspace at dizaai.com/client/login.php.
2. Navigate to Integrations in the left-hand menu.
3. Under the respective channel (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp), click Disconnect.
4. Our system immediately revokes API access tokens, deletes stored page credentials, and halts all incoming webhook processing.

2. Complete Account & Data Erasure by Email

To request a permanent purge of all historical chat logs, customer contact records, uploaded training documents, and account credentials:

1. Send an email to help@dizaai.com (or support@dizaai.com).
2. Subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Diza AI".
3. In the email body, please provide:
   • Your registered Diza AI account email address.
   • The name or ID of the connected Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp number.
4. Our Data Protection team will process your request and permanently delete all records from our active database within 7 business days.
5. You will receive a final confirmation email containing a tracking reference number once deletion is complete.

3. Removing Diza AI App via Facebook Settings

You can also remove Diza AI's permissions directly from your Facebook account:

1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Navigate to Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
3. Find Diza AI in the list of active apps.
4. Click Remove. This completely revokes our application's access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts.
