In Diza AI's pricing, 1 AI Conversation/Credit equals exactly 1 reply message sent by your AI Agent. For example, if a customer sends a message and your AI replies, that counts as exactly 1 credit. It is billed per reply message and does NOT use a 24-hour window, nor is it billed per user. This is completely separate from Meta's direct WhatsApp API conversation fees, which are billed in 24-hour blocks by Meta.

Meta bills WhatsApp API usage in 24-hour conversation windows. When a message is sent (either a broadcast from you or a reply to an incoming user), a 24-hour window starts. You pay a single flat rate for unlimited back-and-forth messages within that window. Rates vary by conversation type (Marketing, Utility, or Service). Service conversations (initiated by customer questions) are extremely cheap.

Yes. Meta normally requires a credit card linked to your WhatsApp Business Manager. If you do not have a business credit card, you can use our Prepaid Wallet System. You can load funds into your Diza AI wallet via online payments, and our system pays Meta directly on your behalf.
